Je kunt zowel 1 als 2 dagen volgen. Het programma van beide dagen staat los van elkaar.
You can follow either 1 or 2 days. Both days can be followed seperatly.

We laten maar een beperkt aantal deelnemers toe tot dit bijzondere en intieme festival
omdat we de kwaliteit van de workshops willen bewaken.

All tickets are including lunch package and entrance fee for the party on Saturday.
 
Early Bird September: Registration and payment between Sept 1st until Sept 17th

Inschrijven
Wil je mee doen? Volg de volgende procedure:
1) stuur een email naar: Dit e-mailadres is beschermd tegen spambots. U heeft Javascript nodig om het te kunnen zien. en vermeld daarin je naam, 1 of 2 daagse deelname en het gewenste nivo (beginners/intermediate of intermediate/advanced)
2) je krijgt van ons een bevestiging en een verzoek tot betaling (let op de early bird prijzen)
3) uiterlijk 2 weken van te voren ontvang je van ons de bevestiging met alle benodigde informatie over locatie, kleding etc

Inscription
Would you like to join? Please follow the procedures:
2) we will send you a confirmation (pls mind the early birdy fees) 
3) 2 weeks before the event you will receive a confirmation stating all information regarding location, clothing etc

Annuleringsvoorwaarden
1.    Annulering tot en met 72 uur voor aanvang is gratis, daarna 50% kosten
2.    Singles zijn welkom, maar op volgorde van inschrijving. Een wachtlijst kan voorkomen. 

Refund policy
1.   We will refund your payment if you cancel 72 hours before the event, after that the costs are 50%
2.   Singles are welcome, however a waitinglist may occur
 
Dansnivo en even aantallen!
Wij hechten veel waarde aan de kwaliteit van het lesnivo (dat iedereen zoveel mogelijk in het juiste lesnivo danst!) en even aantallen dames en heren tijdens de lessen (wij willen ervoor zorgen dat dit zoveel mogelijk gelijk is.) Daarom willen wij graag van te voren weten aan welk nivo je wilt mee doen. Als je op 1 dag toch bepaalde workshops op verschillende nivo's wilt volgen, dan vernemen wij dit graag bij inschrijving. ZEKER als je als single inschrijft!

Voor Intermediate/Advanced nivo dien je minimaal 2 jaar Bachata les te hebben gevolgd of echt op een knap nivo Bachata te dansen.
Zeker voor Intermediate/Advanced Bachata Dominican Style dien je goed bekend te zijn met Domincan Style Bachata!

Dance level and equal couples
We would like to keep the quality of the classes as high as possible. Therefor we would like to make sure everyone joining the right level for him/her. We also would like to have dancepartner for everyone/equal couples. Therefore we would like to know in advance on which level you would like to join! In case you would like to join different levels for workshops on the same day, please let us know in advanced, especially when you join with out a dance partner)

For joining Intermeidate/Advanced level you need to be dancing Bachata at least 2 years and you need to be well experienced with Dominican Style Bachata.
